WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our aim is to work on mutual trust. We trust our customers hence we don't encourage any returns. If you are not happy with our product, do contact us. We will either send you a new product or refund (no questions asked).
HOW BIG ARE THE PLANTS?
Most of the plants are packed in 4-inch pot unless specified. Some come in self-watering pots as well. Plant size varies from 6 inches to 12 inches.
WILL THE PLANTS GET DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
No. We have tested multiple packing styles and also tested by sending them to distant areas. It works well :) Unfortunately, if something happens to the plant during transit or within 7 days after you receive, please let us know with a picture. We will initiate a refund and you shall receive the money back to your source account within 7 working days.
GUARANTEE ON FLOWERING PLANTS?
Unfortunately, flowering plants are seasonal and we cannot guarantee flowers on those plants.
