1. Product description and other details: We have made the best efforts to make the product description accurate. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

2. Delivery timings: Delivery times can range from 2-5 working days.

3. Product Quality: Responsibility of plant quality is on Chedichatti.

4. Payment: Only online payments are accepted. COD for plants is not viable since the return of the plants may cause damage to the plants.

5. Refund policy: See our refund policy.

6. Products Damaged On Arrival: In case products are damaged during transit, please contact us within 1-2 days, we shall send another plant or refund the amount.

7. Wrong Item Delivered: If any wrong items are delivered, we will refund the amount and you need not return the product.

8. Flowering plants: Flowering plants are seasonal and we cannot guarantee the availability of flowers on the plant.

9. Confidentiality: Any information shared by you will remain confidential and will be abiding by the law.

10. Disclaimer: Due to COVID-19, for any delay in product delivery, CHEDICHATTI will not be responsible.

11. Cancellation policy: You can mail us and cancel your order before the product is shipped. No cancellation is possible after the product is shipped.
